  • In general processing time is 2-10 business days.
  • Custom made prints processing time is minimum 7 days.
  • Fine Art prints is 3 days minimum

I ship from the Netherlands (EU) so it make take a bit of time for the package to arrive in your country. The Netherlands - 1 to 5 business days
Europe - 3 to 15 business days
North & South America - 1 to 5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand, Oceania & Asia - 2 to 6 weeks

These are estimates and orders can take longer due to unforeseen postal delays. If you want Express delivery and it is not available for your product please contact me I can try to find the most suitable option for your case. The same goes to list of available countries.

Note on Customs Duty Costs

Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply for shipments to certain countries. These fees are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these charges in advance. If any customs fees apply, they will be collected by the carrier upon delivery and must be paid by the customer to receive the package.

The best option is to consult your local tax office or specialist for more accurate information.

I ship from EU (The Netherlands) and collect only EU VAT (21% Netherlands rate with exception to originals & collector's edition 9%).

Cancellations: accepted. Request a cancellation: before item has shipped

Returns

By default Customer provides return shipping. Due to the small size of our company (1 person), I kindly ask you to accept that the return costs due to a change of mind will not be refunded. But please contact me before hand in some cases I can offer free returns. Returns accepted for 14 days.
